For our deliveries, we use:

All our items will be shipped tracked and the tracking number will be uploaded to the order information.

Addresses:

We will ship to the delivery address given. We recommend providing a business or home address.
We CANNOT deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
For non-timed deliveries, our couriers will attempt delivery between 8am and 6.00pm on Monday to Friday.
Residential addresses may receive deliveries up to 8pm (at courier discretion).
We supply goods throughout the UK and Northern Ireland.
Free delivery is available within Mainland UK. Deliveries to non-Mainland UK may incur a surcharge.

When checking out, relevant delivery charges will appear based on your location.

For non-customized products, items are dispatched within two working days (same day if ordered before 1 pm).

For customized orders, dispatch time varies after approval.

Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday.

Depending on parcel weight and value, we use carriers including Royal Mail and Express.
Next day and Saturday delivery options are available upon request.
In some cases, palletised delivery may be used for large orders.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
Upgrade options include Royal Mail 24 hours (not guaranteed) and guaranteed next day delivery.

Specifics:

Weekends are not counted as working days for delivery.
Next day delivery may not be available to certain postcodes; fastest available carrier will be used.
Re-routing a delivery due to address issues incurs a small charge.

In rare cases of stock shortages, we notify customers promptly for resolution.

We aim to deliver within estimated times, but cannot be held responsible for delays.

Upon delivery, check items carefully. Report issues immediately.
